Get account recovery help for your own account

Message us on Telegram with the platform, your username or a profile link, and what your screen says. We'll tell you which route fits and whether you need us for it. If you do, you'll get a price and a timeframe. Please don't send a password or a code.

Our Telegram address

What to include in your first message

You don't need to write much. These details are usually enough for a first answer:

  • The platform and your username, or a link to the profile.
  • What happened, in your own words, and roughly when.
  • The exact wording on your screen. A screenshot of the notice works, as long as no code is showing.
  • What you can still reach: the email, the phone number, an authenticator app, or a signed-in device.
  • Anything you've already tried, and any reply you got back.

What we never need

If someone using our name asks for any of these, it isn't us.

  • Your password, past or present.
  • 2FA codes, login codes, or backup codes.
  • Session cookies, or a screen share while you're signed in.

Try the free route first if you haven't

The platforms' own tools don't cost anything, and you may not need us at all. If you still have your email and phone, the official pages listed below are worth a try before you message us. If you've already been through them, tell us where it stopped.

We only take accounts you can show are yours. We can't help you get into anyone else's account, and we can't overrule a platform's decision, because nobody outside the platform can.

Official pages to try first

  2. Facebook Help: recover your account if you were hacked

AccountRecovery isn't run by any platform, and messaging us isn't the same as contacting a platform's support team.
